Dan Tewson was first class in all aspects of the selling process. From his initial appraisal he gave us great advice how best to market the property and how to prepare it to achieve a maximum sale price which he did! His communication was excellent and he always followed up with a call after each inspection. Dan was very professional in his role as our agent and has great market knowledge. Dan Tewson made the entire process easy; nothing was ever an issue and communication was more than what I expected. The property took less than 6 weeks to sell, he knew the market and negotiated well with all offers that were on the table.
